Stanley "Mich" Myslenski, 79, of Plainville, beloved husband for 59 years of Cynthia "Tina" (Theriault) Myslenski, passed away peacefully at home on Jan 3rd, 2021 surrounded and comforted by his family. Stanley was born in New Britain, CT to the late Henry and Janina (Baranowska) Myslenski.
Stanley attended E.C. Goodwin Tech and was a member of the baseball team after which he served in the U.S. Army stationed in Germany. His expertise enabled him to travel throughout North America and Europe helping to start-up and improve several plant operations.
Stanley was an avid and accomplished golfer and long-time member of Timberlin Men’s Golf Association in Berlin, CT. It’s always a proud moment when family members visit Timberlin Golf Course and are able to point out Stanley’s name on several of the award plaques hanging on the clubhouse walls. Stanley introduced his sons to golf and the first Saturday in May was a special time when he and his boys played together in the Plainville High School Baseball Team fundraiser golf tournament. Stan was a life-long fan of the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots and after retirement found enjoyment taking trips to the casino with his wife and daughters.
