Patricia H. (Ellis) Sauvron

Patricia H. Sauvron, 82, formerly of Bristol, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 12, 2023 at Apple Rehab of Avon. She is now reunited with her husband, the late Nicholas Sauvron and family pet Quincy, her favorite Boston Terrier.

Patricia was born on September 14, 1940 in Maspeth, New York, the only daughter of the late Charles and Frances (Belz) Ellis. Raised in Plainville, Patricia graduated from Plainville High School and worked at Rowley Springs for many years before retiring. She was a former member of the Asbury Methodist Church in Forestville. A woman of simplicity, Patricia found her enjoyment in crossword puzzles, word searches, crocheting and living her life to the beat of her own drum. She loved chocolate and was fond of Law and Order, but most importantly, Barry Manilow. Known to her family as the woman of nine lives, Patricia leaves a legacy of love and perseverance.

Patricia is survived by her sons, Kenneth Sauvron and his wife, Rachel, and William Sauvron and his wife, Billie-Jo. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Matthew, Michael and Brendan Sauvron, and her grand-pup, Nash, a Golden Retriever.

Patricia’s family would like to thank the nurses and staff at Apple Rehab of Avon for the compassionate care and love they showed to Patricia, giving her a place to happily feel at home.

Family and friends are welcome to gather on Tuesday, May 16 from 5 to 7 PM at Plainville Funeral Home, 81 Broad Street, Plainville, CT 06062. Funeral services will begin on Wednesday, May 17 at 9 AM with prayers and words of remembrance beginning at 10 AM led by Rev. Stephen Volpe. Burial will follow in West Cemetery, Plainville.
