Michelle Lynn Orsi
2/9/79 – 7/30/24
There are some who bring a light so great to the world
that even after they have gone the light remains.
Sadly, Michelle’s life was cut short, and she is now reunited with her brothers, sisters and grandparents who predeceased her. Her spirit, however, lives on in the hearts of those she left behind. Shelly will be missed by her parents, Ray, and Nancy Orsi; her brothers, Raymond Orsi, Jr., and wife Denise; David Orsi and wife Dawn; brothers - Dale, Brian, Richard, Joseph, Angel, Scott; sisters - Kimberly, Clorissa, Andrea, Heather, Shenika, and Ann Marie. She also leaves her 99-year-old grandmother, Lois Orsi, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nephews and great nieces. Shelly brought much joy to all those she shared with, most especially her nurses, doctors, caregivers, and friends.
Her favorite color pink often created a glowing aura from her radiant light within. All one would need to do is say ticka-ticka-ticka or achoo and she would burst out in laughter warming everyone’s hearts.
Shelly’s bravery was inspirational as she faced multiple, frequent medical challenges. She would always emerge, however, from frightening emergency medical crises with a tender smile and silly giggles.
On July 30, 2024, after forty-five years of life, she lost her ultimate battle unexpectedly and departed this earthly life to add her brilliance to the celestial choir of angels. Although Shelly left us too soon her spiritual radiance permeates our lives and reminds us to be grateful every day for the years we were graced with her precious presence.
