Margaret "Peggy" Mary (Connolly) Miller

Margaret Mary “Peggy” (Connolly) Miller, 54, of Plainville, formerly of Bristol, died unexpectedly at her home on Friday, May 7, 2021. She was the former wife and soul mate of Peter A. Miller, Sr. with whom she is now reunited.

Born in Waterbury on January 24, 1967, Peggy was one of four children to the late Paul Finn-Barre Connolly and Shirley Ann (Milius) Connolly.   Raised and educated in Bristol, she was a graduate of Bristol Central High School; going on to work in the administrative field for various companies, most recently Ray’s Auto Body in Waterbury.  A devoted mother, her son Peter was her pride and joy of whom she centered her world.  She had a special affection for animals, especially cats, and will forever be remembered as the beautiful and bright spirit that she was, enlightening everyone with her presence.  

She leaves her son, Peter A. Miller, Jr. of Bristol and his grandparents Clifford and Theresa Miller; her brother and sister-in-law, Cornelius and Wendi Connolly of Bristol; her sister Maureen Connolly and her husband Richard Rubino; her nieces Kathrine Connolly and Rhanda Gaudio and nephew, Christopher Connolly.  She was predeceased by her sister Kathleen “Kacey” Connolly. 

Peggy’s love for animals may be remembered with contributions to the Connecticut Humane Society, 701 Russell Rd., Newington, CT 06111 or any charity that would benefit animals.
