Jessica Lynn Carlson

The liveliest of spirits, Jessica Lynn Carlson, 22, of Bristol, left her family and friends heartbroken with her unexpected passing on Monday, January 17, 2022. 

The younger of two daughters of Glenn Carlson, Jr and Terri (Schneir) Carlson of Bristol, Jessica was born on August 10, 1999, and was sassy, stubborn and self-sufficient from day one.   “Buddy” to her sister, Courtney, “Hockey Puck” to her Dad, with whom she shared a love for hockey and football, and “Llama Bean” to her fiancé and best friend, Jace, Jessie was a beautiful inside and out, with and without her elaborate make-up applications that she mastered from a young age.  She was a proud, strong, Starbucks-loving leader, never a follower, who was the first to volunteer, give the shirt off her back, or insert humor into any situation.   An animal lover, with a special affinity for giraffes, she was kind-hearted and caring and an adoring “mom” to her cat, Ellie.  Full of life and unique in every way, Jessie will be missed beyond words, with her unforgettable spirit forever living on in the hearts of those she loved.  We love you to the moon, the stars, and the sky!

In addition to her parents, Glenn and Terri, she leaves her sister, Courtney Neuman, her husband Michael and their dog Isabel that Jessica adored; her grandmother, MaryAnn Carlson, her aunts and uncles, Mitchell Schneir, his wife Lauren Day and their daughter Isabella, Elizabeth and Patrick Sullivan and their sons Patrick and William, Christine and Wayne Pegolo and their son Kyle, Robert and Jill Carlson and their children, Alyssa Carlson, Christopher Carlson, John Berarducci and the late Andrew Carlson, Joel Schneir, and Barbara Cupcho and her sons David and Justin.  She was predeceased by her grandfather, Glenn Carlson, Sr., with whom she shared a special bond, and her maternal grandparents, David and Harriet Schneir.
