It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Frank S. Labieniec, age 74, who departed this life on Thursday, January 22, 2026, at Ingraham Manor in Bristol. Frank's journey was marked by courage and resilience as he faced numerous health challenges over the years. A devoted husband, he is survived by his beloved spouse of 53 years, Linda (Dube) Labieniec, who stood steadfastly by his side.
Frank was born on September 19, 1951, in Poland, son to the late Stanley and Henryka (Bobowik) Labieniec. Frank was a self-employed general contractor and the proud owner of Labieniec Builders. His passion for his work was evident in every project he undertook.
An avid gardener, he spent countless hours nurturing his plants and cultivating beautiful blooms.
Above all, Frank poured his heart into being a good father and husband, creating lasting memories with those who held a special place in his heart. His grandchildren were the light of his life, and he cherished every moment spent with them.
In addition to his wife, Linda, Frank is survived by his children, Stephanie Attruia and her husband, Christopher, and Tony Labieniec and his wife, Kellie; his grandchildren, Abigail Poznanski, Allicia Poznanski and Caleesi Attruia; his brother, John Labieniec; and his sister, Stella Labieniec. He was predeceased by his brother, Henry Labieniec.
Family and friends are welcome to gather on Saturday, February 7, 2026 from 9 AM to 10:30 AM at Plainville Funeral Home, 81 Broad Street, Plainville.
