Frances Marie (Charamut) Belli

Frances Marie (Charamut) Belli passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at the age of 77 surrounded by her loving family. She will be missed ever so deeply.
Born in New Britain on March 7, 1948 to the late Ladislaw and Marie (Ferrone) Charamut, she spent her life learning and excelling anything put before her, even earning a master’s degree on an accelerated program, while running her own accounting firm in Plainville. She loved her friends and her family dearly.
Frances will rejoin her parents, brothers and sister in heaven for Sunday dinners and cards, a tradition the entire family enjoyed together. She will be forever missed by her husband, Herman Belli, her children, Joseph Belli and Jennifer Belli, her grandson, Jacob Belli, and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Family and friends are welcome to gather on Thursday, November 6, 2025 from 5 to 7 PM at Plainville Funeral Home, 81 Broad Street, Plainville. A prayer service will be held at 6:30 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be held privately.
