Donna (Duperre) Corbino

Donna (Duperre) Corbino, passed away peacefully on October 30, 2023, joining her husband of 51 years, Joseph Corbino, in eternal peace.

She was born on September 13, 1946, daughter of the late Robert Sr. and Doris (Cistulli) Duperre, and was raised and educated in Bristol, before settling in Plainville with Joseph where they raised their three sons.  

Donna was a lifelong learner, earning her Associates Degree from Tunxis College in 2004. A woman of diverse talents and interests, Donna's passion for literature was evident to all who knew her. She spent countless hours indulging in her love for books at the Plainville Public Library, where she not only found solace but also made lasting connections with fellow book enthusiasts.  She had a creative nature, and dabbled in various forms of art over the years, including quilting, drawing, photography and graphic design.  Music also played an integral role in Donna's life, and she derived much joy from her vast record collection.  Remembered for her simple loves; her family, coffee, chocolate and books, she will be missed dearly and remembered fondly.

She leaves to cherish her memory her sons, Brian Corbino, Chris Corbino, daughter-in-law Tia, grand-daughter Emily, Keith Corbino and his wife Megan, brother Robert Duperre Jr., brother-in-law James Corbino and his wife Faina, sister-in-law Mary Ann Gardner, many cousins and extended family.
