Domonique D. Orsi

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the transition of our precious Domonique Orsi into her eternal life on Tuesday, May 30, 2023. 

The beloved daughter of Raymond R. and Nancy L. (DiCosimo) Orsi, she leaves behind her loving Domus Amoris family; her brothers, Raymond Orsi, Jr. and his wife Denise; David Orsi and his wife Dawn; Dale, Brian, Richard, Joseph, Angel, Scott and Daniel; her sisters, Kimberly, Clorissa, Andrea, Tamara, Michelle, Heather, Shenika, and Ann Marie.  She also leaves her 98 year old grandmother, Lois Orsi; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and brothers and sisters-in-law.  Domonique shared a special bond with all she came into contact with, most especially her nurses, doctors, caregivers and friends.

A lifelong resident and graduate of Plainville High School, she went on to participate in the Constructive Workshop programs in both Bristol and New Britain.  Domonique radiated a bright and shining light that touched the hearts of many, despite her brave and incredibly challenging earthly journey of multiple medical crises.  Her brilliant presence in our world will be sorely missed but her spirit remains with us and leaves us all with treasures of cherished memories.

Domonique constantly inspired us with a true and deep appreciation for the joys in life. Keeping with this spirit, we will gather in celebration of her amazing and heroic life on Sunday, June 11, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Domus Amoris Home, 187 S.
