Cynthia “Cindy” (Currie) Muller, of Plainville, left us all too soon on August 13, 2024, following a courageous battle with metastatic breast cancer. She was the wife of Ken Muller, mother of Mark and Amy Muller, daughter of Virginia Currie and the late William Currie, sister of Jeffrey Currie and in-law to the Perugini and Muller families.
Cindy was born on Earth Day, April 22, 1970, and lived her life enjoying simple pleasures. She and Kenny spent their free time with family and friends traveling, exploring the country in their camper, attending Renaissance fairs, visiting state parks and finding out-of-the-way restaurants and shops. She loved her tea, country music, taking pictures, scrap booking, the color purple and her cat Sir Lancelot. Those who knew her will always remember her smile and sunny disposition which carried over into her work for many years as a paraprofessional at Linden Street School in Plainville. She also worked in the town’s PARC and PFRN programs leaving a lasting impression on those children and adults as well. She was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, niece, cousin, aunt, in-law and friend to many who was always there to help out in any way she could.
Cindy may be remembered with contributions to PFRN at Linden Street School, 69 Linden St, Plainville, CT 06062 or to PARC 28 E. Maple St, Plainville, CT 06062
Honoring her wishes, there will be no formal services. Please remember her with a smile, spend some time outdoors and spread an act of kindness.
