Armand was educated in Plainville attended Plainville High School and E.C Goodwin in New Britain. Armand enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and honorably served his country during the Vietnam Era. He lived a life guided by the principles of loyalty and commitment, encapsulated in the words "Semper Fi." A devoted car enthusiast, Armand had a profound love for racing and hot rods. In his younger years, he passionately participated in races at Plainville Stadium. It was during these exhilarating days at the track that he met the love of his life, quickly leading to a beautiful marriage and the arrival of their children to shortly follow. He shared the love for the sport with his friends, his children and his grandchildren.
Outside of the track, Armand found joy in the open road alongside his wife, reveling in their shared passion for cruising in their 1965 GTO and classic 1929 Nash. Together, they created cherished memories at car shows and during simple joy rides. Armand was known for his adventurous nature and a zest for life that was contagious. His greatest joy came from his love of travel, achieving the impressive milestone of visiting all 50 states.
An outspoken man, Armand made his presence known wherever he went, bringing laughter and enthusiasm to every gathering. He will be missed deeply.

Cote Jr., Amie Guertin and her husband, Douglas, Rebecca Foster and her husband, Kris, and Brian Cote and his wife, Paula, his grandchildren, Steven Cote, Stephanie Cote, Sabreena Danko and her husband, Dylan, Matthew Guertin and his wife, Drew, Ashlynn Cote, Kristen Foster Jr., and Katarina Foster, his great-grandchildren, Makenna, Maverick, and Mason, his sister-in-law, Audrey McLaughlin, his siblings, Rita, Diane, Donna, Vincent, Robert, Albert, Jeanette and Edward; his companion of several years whom he enjoyed fishing and traveling with, Carey Labbe, along with his good friends and racing buddies, Bob Murphy and Elmer; and several extended family members.
